Thoughts going into 2023

With 2022 coming to an end, naturally it is time to reflect on the past year and prepare for 2023. This year was a challenging one, mentally, physically and spiritually. I am not quite ready to share much of the challenges I have been faced with. However, here are my thoughts and goals going into 2023:


  • Be prepared for the unexpected

  • Learn something new everyday, no matter how small

  • Read more books, focus on Spanish literature

  • Be patient with yourself

  • Move your body everyday and remember to stretch

  • Pray everyday, for everything and anything

  • Focus on what makes you happy (health, spirituality, mindfulness)

  • Remember your purpose for why you wake up in the morning

  • Eat foods that nourish your body, drink more water

  • Spend more time outside

  • Tell your people you love them

  • Positive attitude everyday

  • Be strong, you got this :)
